Refund policy

VINTAGE MERCHANDISE IS A FINAL SALE. Vintage Merchandise is noted with the word vintage on the merchandise price tag and/or with a red ribbon attaching the price tag.

 

CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE IS A FINAL SALE.Clearance Merchandise is noted as such on the price tag.

 

All other Merchandise:

Returns will be accepted for all merchandise (except Vintage Merchandise) at Vintage Thang for a refund, store credit or exchange based on the following conditions.

Returns will be accepted in store with proof of purchase (this can be a text or email receipt within 14bcalendar days after original purchase. Items must have original tags in-tact and be in original condition at time of purchase, with no signs of wear and tear. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Vintage Thang reserves the right to refuse a return if merchandise received is not in its original conditions or outside the thirty (14) day return period.
